St-Laurent will maintain his current position throughout the transition period, remaining with the company through December 2027 in a mentoring capacity. This arrangement aims to provide continuity for the firm’s executive team and partners as Langelier assumes greater responsibility. St-Laurent noted that the decision was driven by a desire to preserve the internal culture and deep operational understanding that have defined the firm's growth.
Langelier brings a history of internal leadership to the role, having previously managed enterprise transformation, technology, and strategy departments. His recent work focused on scaling the company’s capabilities across North America. As the largest HVAC-R distributor in Canada, the firm operates nearly 100 branches and supports a wide range of industrial, commercial, and residential projects. Langelier intends to focus on leveraging these existing relationships while pursuing new market opportunities.
