The firm, a minority-owned small disadvantaged business, operates as a mentor-protégé joint venture between Knowesis, Inc. and Info Gain Consulting LLC.

Sheilah O'Brien, the company’s Mentor Principal, noted that the inclusion on the SEWP VI vehicle allows the firm to scale its analytics offerings across the federal enterprise. CEO George Mwangi of Info Gain Consulting emphasized that the partnership aims to translate complex data into practical mission tools. By competing for task orders directly, the company expects to reduce administrative friction for government clients seeking rapid deployment of IT and data engineering resources.
