All Access Ortho Acquired by Hawaii Pacific Health Partners

Drs. Darryl Kan and Gary Blum, the surgeons behind All Access Ortho, will transition into roles within Hawaii Pacific Health Partners. Their clinics on O'ahu, which specialize in non-trauma orthopedic injuries, will now operate under the umbrella of the larger healthcare network. This move aims to leverage the system’s 7,000-strong staff and extensive clinical infrastructure to broaden the reach of orthopedic care for local patients.

John Selig, Managing Partner at WaveEdge, noted that the deal aligns the preeminent orthopedic group with the state’s top-tier health system. The investment bank, led by Selig and Jeff Karan, facilitated the process to ensure the continuity of specialized surgical expertise across the Hawaii Pacific Health network. The acquisition represents a strategic effort to enhance clinical collaboration and service delivery across the islands.
