Simultaneously, the brand is planting roots in Pennsylvania with new locations in Allentown, Collegeville, and South Pittsburgh, alongside active construction projects in Charleston and Barboursville, West Virginia.
Mark Verges, Vice President of Franchise Development, noted that the brand is prioritizing partnerships with seasoned entrepreneurs and military veterans to ensure the chain's community-focused culture remains intact. The company closed 2025 with nearly 100 new franchise deals and 42 restaurant openings, reinforcing its trajectory as a fast-casual leader. With over 300 locations currently in the development pipeline, the firm is now actively seeking additional partners to fill remaining territories in New Jersey and Long Island.
