The new facility will serve as the central hub for regional leadership, engineering, and technician training, aligning with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. By establishing a permanent presence in the Kingdom, the company intends to provide local support for airlines operating major fleets, including the Airbus A320, A330, and A350 families, as well as the Boeing 737, 777, and 787 models.
Unlike traditional methods, AeroCore’s technology cleans the entire engine gas path in approximately one hour without requiring disassembly or towing. The process addresses the specific environmental challenges of the Gulf, where airborne dust and high temperatures accelerate engine fouling and fuel consumption. Field data from the company’s commercial programs indicates that the technology can recover exhaust gas temperature margins by 4–10°C, reduce fuel burn by up to 1.5%, and extend the time engines spend on-wing by as many as 1,500 cycles.
Captain Fahd Cynndy, a board member at AeroCore, noted that the expansion is a response to the region’s ambitious aviation growth. The Riyadh headquarters will integrate equipment support and service teams into the local maintenance ecosystem, allowing operators to incorporate engine health management into their existing overnight schedules.
