First Graphene and Vector Ink Deal to Scale Thermal Sensor Technology

The agreement establishes a formal channel for Vector to integrate First Graphene’s PureGRAPH® materials into its sensor technology while connecting the Australian supplier with new industrial networks. By incorporating graphene, the Peltyr sensors allow users to calculate in-situ U-values for walls and roofs, moving beyond theoretical models to verify actual thermal performance before and after energy retrofits.

First Graphene CEO Michael Bell noted that the partnership validates the shift of graphene-based products from laboratory development into scalable, real-world commercial applications. Beyond the construction sector, the technology carries potential for growth in aerospace, automotive, and HVAC industries, where heat transfer monitoring is critical. With the global heat flux sensor market projected to reach US$455.8 million by 2034, both companies are positioning themselves to capture demand for low-cost, high-performance diagnostic tools as global energy-efficiency standards tighten.
