CityUHK outperformed its previous records by securing a perfect score in the Industry pillar for the fourth year in a row, a testament to its focus on patent development and technology commercialization. Beyond industrial impact, the institution strengthened its standing in core academic metrics, with both teaching and research reputation scores rising for the second consecutive year.

International outlook remains a cornerstone of the university's performance, as it claimed the top spot in Hong Kong for the ninth year running in that category. Phil Baty, Chief Global Affairs Officer at THE, noted that these results reflect a broader realignment of academic power. With the Research Quality pillar now placed within the global top 50, CityUHK continues to solidify its influence in high-impact research environments, marking a steady trajectory of growth across all five core evaluation pillars.
