Beth and Phillip Dow Named 2026 IFA Franchisee of the Year

The Dows are currently marking their 19th year in the home care industry, with their Newnan-based organization projected to generate $4.5 million in revenue this year. Their operation now supports 112 clients through a dedicated team of 150 caregivers and 14 operations staff. This latest award marks their second time receiving the honor, having previously earned the title in 2015.

Beyond their core business, the couple recently expanded into the Canton, Georgia, market. Beth Dow, a Certified Alzheimer’s Educator and author, maintains an active role in community outreach, providing educational resources through local hospitals and churches. Her efforts to stabilize service—including the creation of a specialized shift support team—have become a benchmark within the broader Home Helpers network, where she frequently shares operational practices with fellow franchise owners.
