Schobel previously served as the co-founder and CEO of RegEd, where he spent two decades scaling the business from a startup into an enterprise provider. At MyComplianceOffice, he will work directly with CEO and founder Brian Fahey to manage the company’s trajectory, leveraging a recent $100M-plus capital injection from Accel-KKR Credit Partners. Fahey described the appointment as a strategic move to capitalize on Schobel’s track record of driving product innovation and organizational transformation.
MyComplianceOffice currently supports over 1,500 financial firms across 125 countries. The company is leaning heavily into AI-driven automation and digital asset monitoring to address escalating conflict-of-interest risks. Schobel noted that the firm’s technical roadmap and existing solution suite are uniquely positioned to meet the shifting demands of global financial regulation, serving as a primary factor in his decision to join the leadership team.
