Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri Becomes Morocco’s First Female Prime Minister

El Mansouri, 50, brings significant political and administrative experience to the role. An attorney by trade, she previously served as the Minister of National Territory Planning, Land Planning, Housing and City Policy and held the office of Mayor of Marrakech. Her ascent to the premiership follows her tenure within the collective leadership of the Authenticity and Modernity Party.
