KeyBank Appoints Drue Anderson as Retail Banking Lead

Anderson arrives at the Indianapolis office with a mandate to scale retail operations and sharpen the bank's long-term strategic execution. His previous tenure as Divisional Director of Consumer Banking and Head of Virtual Banking at JPMorgan Chase serves as the foundation for his new role. Earlier, he held regional leadership positions at Citibank, where he consistently delivered double-digit year-over-year revenue growth.

Victor Alexander, Head of Consumer Banking at KeyBank, noted that Anderson’s background in branch-level operations and digital banking makes him the right choice for the bank's next growth phase. Sloan’s departure marks the end of his multi-year tenure, during which he helped stabilize the firm’s retail presence. KeyBank currently manages approximately $191 billion in assets and operates a network spanning 15 states.
