Aurionpro Taps Industry Veteran David Maitland for Transit Strategy

Maitland joins the leadership team following a significant tenure at Cubic Transportation Systems, where he held the position of Chief Growth Officer. His background includes a stint as CEO of Vix Technology, where he was credited with restructuring the firm’s profitability and refining its market strategy. His career, spanning over two decades, also includes a decade-long executive role at AWE plc and foundational experience at Ford Motor Company.

At Aurionpro, Maitland will oversee the strategic direction of the Transit division, focusing on innovation and customer engagement. Sanjay Bali, President of the Tech Innovation Group, emphasized that Maitland’s appointment is central to the company’s objective of strengthening its presence in the transit and mobility ecosystem. Maitland, a Fellow of the British Computer Society, holds degrees in Psychology and Business Management, providing a unique perspective to the firm's ongoing digital transformation efforts.
