Medius and Astrada Partner to Automate Existing Corporate Card Programs

For many organizations, adopting automated expense management has historically required a disruptive migration to specific card issuers. This new integration removes that friction, allowing businesses to retain established banking relationships, credit terms, and internal controls while modernizing their back-office workflows. Once administrators complete a one-time connection with their issuing bank, transaction data flows automatically into the Medius platform, significantly reducing the manual burden of receipt chasing and reconciliation.

Ekaterina Dzhalchinova, VP of Product Management at Medius, noted that finance teams should not have to choose between their existing corporate card programs and the automation necessary to maintain control over spend. Salman Syed, CEO of Astrada, emphasized that the partnership aims to deliver modernization without operational disruption. The capability is available immediately for new Medius Expense customers, with a phased migration process planned for existing clients currently reliant on bank file imports.
