Florida Tutoring Advantage taps Lumen to unify state-wide data

The partnership follows a successful 2025-2026 pilot phase, during which Littera served as one of twenty-five vendors. By adopting Lumen, the program gains a dedicated data layer designed to scrub, normalize, and aggregate disparate information from multiple service providers. This technical upgrade allows leadership to monitor engagement and execution in real time rather than relying on fragmented reports.

Nico Mora, Data and Reporting Manager for the Florida Tutoring Advantage, noted that the platform’s ability to clean and visualize data across diverse providers is essential for timely intervention. Justin Serrano, founder and CEO of Littera, described the move as a solution to the persistent data inconsistencies that often hinder large-scale educational initiatives. The program, established by House Bill 1361 and managed by the UF Lastinger Center, provides virtual and in-person support to students struggling in core subjects.
