CEO Blake Maher emphasized that Ercole’s background in complex transactions and organizational growth will be vital as the nonprofit scales its reach. The network, originally established by Paul Newman, currently manages 30 camps and programs worldwide, providing services free of charge to families across 50 countries.
Prior to his leadership role at Prismic Life, Ercole served as a vice president within Prudential Financial's International Reinsurance business. His career includes significant work at the law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and a pivotal role in the 2014 record-setting $28 billion longevity reinsurance deal between British Telecom and Prudential Financial. Ercole holds degrees from Fordham University and the NYU School of Law.
