Brandon Kaufman Joins Vouch to Lead Claims Advocacy

Kaufman assumes a role central to Vouch’s strategy of positioning claims management as a front-line service rather than a back-office obligation. He will oversee the entire resolution lifecycle, crafting tailored action plans for high-exposure incidents and serving as the primary liaison between policyholders, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators. His mandate is to leverage data-driven strategies to navigate coverage disputes and state-specific regulatory hurdles.

Before joining Vouch, Kaufman served as Vice President of Claims at EPIC, where he focused on reducing loss ratios for complex risk portfolios. His background includes stints as in-house legal counsel for both ad tech and mobility startups, as well as early experience as a congressional legal advisor. This appointment continues a broader leadership expansion at Vouch, following the recent additions of a new Chief Operating Officer and Head of Client Management. By integrating deep legal and technical expertise, the brokerage aims to reinforce its support for more than 6,000 tech-sector clients during their most critical moments of financial stress.
