MyOme Scales Genomic Risk Analysis on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

The collaboration allows MyOme to process vast datasets of genetic variants alongside clinical risk factors, moving beyond the limitations of narrow-panel genetic testing. By utilizing a whole-genome backbone, the platform generates integrated scores for conditions such as coronary artery disease, type 2 diabetes, and specific cancers. Because the system sequences an individual’s genome once, the data remains available for re-querying as medical science advances and a patient’s health profile evolves.

MyOme has officially joined the Oracle PartnerNetwork, a move designed to distribute these predictive capabilities through the Oracle Marketplace. According to Matt Rabinowitz, executive chairman of MyOme, the infrastructure provided by Oracle is the primary driver for identifying high-risk individuals early enough to implement preventive interventions. Dan Spellman, group vice president at Oracle, noted that this accessibility provides clinicians with the necessary data to select precise interventions at critical moments in patient care.
