Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer Adds Four Legal Professionals to New Jersey Team

Emmanuel Flitsanov and Madeline Hutchison join the Business Litigation Group as associates. Flitsanov arrives following a clerkship with the Honorable Arnold L. Natali, Jr. of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, while Hutchison joins after clerking for the Honorable Patrick J. Bartels in Mercer County. Both hold degrees that blend legal education with business administration.

The firm’s Land Use Group adds Timothy Jinks, who previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Madelin F. Einbinder in Ocean County. His background includes focused work on municipal planning and land use litigation. Meanwhile, Sierra Conboy joins the Employment Group as a law clerk. A 2026 graduate of Rutgers Law School, Conboy brings experience from a corporate law externship and regulatory research roles. These appointments serve to strengthen the firm’s capacity in Woodbridge and its surrounding practice offices.
