Henry, previously the president of NFP’s U.S. Northeast region, will now oversee regional leads across all business lines from the company's New York City office. Reporting to Ethan Foxman, she is tasked with integrating regional operations more closely with national business lines and Aon’s broader sales strategy. Her tenure at NFP is marked by a history of navigating organizational change and building high-performing teams, skills the company intends to leverage to unify its middle-market platform.
Joli Kindler and Ross Epstein also step into expanded roles as part of this strategic realignment. Kindler, a veteran of over 18 years at the firm, takes over as chief marketing officer. Based in Austin, she will report to both NFP and Aon leadership to synchronize marketing and communications with core business objectives. Meanwhile, Ross Epstein moves from deputy general counsel to lead the legal organization, overseeing compliance and risk management. His promotion coincides with the appointment of Erin Ziaja as his successor in the deputy role, while the company prepares for the departure of long-time partner Evan Michael.
