Yamaha Launches Matteo Mancuso Signature Revstar

The RS20MM marks only the second artist-signature release in the Revstar lineup, signaling a shift toward instruments built for high-level articulation. The guitar features DiMarzio PAF 36th Anniversary pickups, chosen specifically to mirror the dynamic response and sustain found in Mancuso’s primary instrument. Yamaha utilized its Acoustic Design technology to balance a chambered body for resonance with a carbon-reinforced neck, ensuring structural stability for demanding players.

Beyond internal components, the instrument incorporates specific physical refinements requested by Mancuso, including a modified neck heel designed to facilitate easier access to upper frets. The aesthetic package includes a flame-maple top in Vintage Sunburst, gold hardware, and custom inlays. The guitar is currently available through authorized dealers, offering a production-line version of the gear that has defined the Italian guitarist's fusion-heavy sound.
