BGL Appoints Lauren Clark to Head Digital Infrastructure Practice

Clark joins the firm as a Managing Director, bringing 15 years of investment banking experience from her previous tenure at RBC Capital Markets. Her background covers a broad spectrum of telecommunications infrastructure, including satellite operators, fixed wireless, and small cell technology. At BGL, she will focus on navigating the complex capital and strategic needs of institutional investors and operators within this high-growth sector.

Effram Kaplan, BGL’s Co-Chief Executive Officer and Head of Services and Infrastructure, emphasized that Clark’s deep relationships with pension funds, sovereign wealth managers, and infrastructure investors are critical to the firm's growth strategy. BGL aims to leverage these connections to strengthen its middle-market advisory capabilities. Clark, a graduate of the NYU Stern School of Business, will operate from the firm's New York office, focusing on the intersection of M&A and financing transactions for companies managing modern data capacity demands.
