360training Acquires Atlantic Training to Scale B2B Operations

Founded in 2005, Atlantic Training brings two decades of experience and a client base of 10,000 organizations to the 360training ecosystem. Beyond its course library, the acquisition includes the WAVE EHS management software, which aligns with 360training’s goal of providing comprehensive compliance tools to businesses. The integration is intended to support industries currently facing rapid workforce expansion, specifically in data centers, energy, and manufacturing.

Tom Anderson, CEO of 360training, stated that the acquisition strengthens the company’s ability to foster long-term relationships with employers by offering a more diverse training portfolio. For Atlantic Training’s founder, Anthony LaFazia, the transition offers customers access to a more robust infrastructure while maintaining the specialized focus that defined his firm. The purchase is the latest in a series of strategic expansions for 360training, a portfolio company of GreyLion and Vestar Capital Partners, which has already issued over 21 million training certificates to date.
