The system bypasses the need for manual reconciliation by orchestrating triage across email and web intake platforms, including Veeva Ostro. Once processed, the information is funneled directly into Veeva Safety, Veeva QMS, or Veeva MedInquiry. This automation aims to provide the speed and consistency required for complex regulatory environments where every second counts for patient safety.
John Lawrie, vice president of Veeva Safety, noted that the complexity of routing grows alongside a company's product portfolio and geographic reach. The tool is scheduled for early adopter release in January 2027 as the latest addition to the Falcon Agent Suite, Veeva's broader push into labor-saving AI solutions for the life sciences sector.
