AST SpaceMobile Faces Class Action Over Alleged Securities Violations

Investors who purchased AST SpaceMobile securities between March 4, 2025, and July 15, 2026, are now the focus of a class action lawsuit. Filed by Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC, the complaint alleges that the company misled shareholders regarding its capital requirements, liquidity, and competitive standing in the satellite market.

The legal action targets AST SpaceMobile and specific company officers, claiming they issued false or misleading statements throughout the specified period. According to the court filing, the company allegedly downplayed the impact of increasing capital needs, which led to higher debt loads and significant share dilution. Furthermore, the suit suggests that management overstated the durability of its position in the satellite direct-to-cell market and failed to disclose sluggish user adoption rates in Japan and the United States.

Shareholders who incurred losses have until November 13, 2026, to petition the court to be appointed as lead plaintiff. Peretz Bronstein, founding partner of the firm, stated that the litigation aims to restore investor capital and ensure corporate accountability. The firm, which operates on a contingency fee basis, has invited affected investors to review the complaint or contact their offices for further guidance regarding the recovery process.
