His practice focuses on navigating merger filings before the European Commission and the French Competition Authority, alongside handling follow-on damages claims. Thomas Margenet-Baudry, the firm’s Paris Office Managing Partner, noted that Levy’s arrival aligns with the office's strategy to maintain a dominant position in both transactional and regulatory sectors. Jacques-Philippe Gunther, an antitrust partner in Paris, highlighted Levy’s unique blend of economic and legal expertise as a key asset for the team. With credentials from the École Normale Supérieure de Lyon, Paris Panthéon-Assas University, and New York University, Levy is qualified to practice in both Paris and New York. His appointment comes as global competition authorities increasingly coordinate their oversight of international transactions and regulatory filings.
