SCU Secures Fourth Consecutive Honor Roll Status for Workplace Culture

The rankings, published by The Chronicle of Higher Education, evaluate institutions through a two-part process that combines objective policy data with internal surveys. SCU, which serves a student population between 500 and 2,999, was measured against peers nationwide to determine its standing among the 42 total institutions that qualified for the Honor Roll this year.

President and CEO Dr. John Scaringe noted that the consistent recognition reflects the institution’s commitment to supporting the people who drive its mission. Provost Dr. Tamara Rozhon added that the workplace culture directly influences academic quality, suggesting that faculty members are better equipped to serve students when they feel supported by the administration. The recognition program, administered by the consulting firm Modern Think, remains one of the largest benchmarks for workplace health in the American higher education sector.
