Performance Drone Works Backs Robert Irvine Foundation Gala

The gala featured a four-course dinner prepared by military cooks and Enlisted Aides, providing a backdrop for the foundation’s ongoing efforts to bolster the physical and mental well-being of service members. Beyond the meal, the program centered on recognizing those who serve, culminating in the naming of Petty Officer First Class Caleb Abdinoor as the 2026 Enlisted Aide of the Year.

For Performance Drone Works, the sponsorship represents a strategic alignment with the military community. The Huntsville-based manufacturer, which produces tactical aerial robotic systems, is largely staffed by veterans. Executive Chairman Matt Higgins noted that the partnership reflects a shared responsibility to support personnel long after their active service ends. Robert Irvine emphasized that having a sponsor with deep roots in the defense sector strengthens the foundation's capacity to deliver essential programming to veterans and their families.
