The Kanzun-ARCB Growth Fund, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding in Kuala Lumpur, creates a structured pipeline for local healthcare firms. Kanzun Ventures will manage deal sourcing and due diligence on the ground in Malaysia, while ARCB leverages its AED 300 million asset base to anchor capital formation. Once target companies are identified, Healthcare Triangle will provide the technical and financial scaffolding required for expansion.
Dr. Suresh Venkatachari, founder of Healthcare Triangle, noted that the collaboration focuses on accelerating AI technology transformation for Malaysian firms. For ARCB, which established its regional office in Kuala Lumpur earlier this year, the platform aims to provide the governance and international positioning that domestic founders often lack. By applying its Nasdaq-listed experience in cloud, data, and digital infrastructure, Healthcare Triangle intends to prepare these businesses for the complexities of U.S. market entry.
