Investors File Securities Fraud Class Action Against AST SpaceMobile

Investors who purchased AST SpaceMobile, Inc. securities between March 4, 2025, and July 15, 2026, are being urged to join a class action lawsuit. Filed by the Rosen Law Firm, the litigation alleges that the company misled shareholders regarding its capital requirements, debt load, and market competitiveness.

Investors File Securities Fraud Class Action Against AST SpaceMobile

The lawsuit claims AST SpaceMobile executives consistently overstated the firm’s liquidity and its position within the satellite direct-to-consumer market. According to the complaint, the company failed to disclose that rising capital needs would necessitate frequent share dilution and increased debt. Furthermore, the filing points to sluggish user adoption rates in Japan and the United States as factors that negatively impacted the company’s financial prospects, contradicting earlier public assurances.

Those looking to participate as a lead plaintiff must file their motion with the court no later than November 13, 2026. Participation in the action does not require any out-of-pocket expenses, as the firm operates on a contingency fee basis. Investors are not required to serve as lead plaintiff to remain eligible for a potential recovery, and no class has been certified at this stage. Interested parties can contact Phillip Kim at the Rosen Law Firm for further legal details.
