RevelAi Health Joins Medicare ACCESS Directory for Musculoskeletal Care

Medicare beneficiaries now have a dedicated path for longitudinal support of chronic joint, muscle, and back pain through the MSK ACCESS program. Listed in the federal CMS ACCESS Participant Directory, the initiative connects patients with virtual, technology-enabled care to bridge the gaps between standard in-person clinical appointments.

RevelAi Health Joins Medicare ACCESS Directory for Musculoskeletal Care

The Advancing Chronic Care with Effective, Scalable Solutions (ACCESS) Model is a CMS Innovation Center program designed to reward organizations for measurable health improvements. Under the musculoskeletal track, RevelAi Health provides evidence-based intervention for patients suffering from pain lasting longer than three months. The program functions as an extension of existing medical relationships, allowing physical therapists and orthopedic specialists to monitor patient progress remotely.

Key partners, including Team Rehabilitation, Keystone Orthopedics, and the National Spine Health Foundation, are already integrating the platform into their practice workflows. By incorporating resources like the American Orthopaedic Association's Own the Bone initiative, the program addresses secondary concerns such as osteoporosis. According to RevelAi Health CEO Dr. Christian Péan, the infrastructure is intended to augment existing value-based bundles, such as the CMS TEAM and CJR-X models, by ensuring consistent care delivery outside of traditional clinical settings.
