Community Clinical Research brings a robust operational history to the partnership, anchored by a 25-year proprietary database of over 1,200 participants and a referral network of 150 community organizations. Led by Dr. Samuel Collier and a specialized clinical team, the site is recognized for its consistent ability to meet full enrollment targets across complex CNS protocols. The facility operates a purpose-built, 24/7-staffed 20-bed psychiatric unit, providing the infrastructure necessary for trials that require intensive patient monitoring and inpatient execution.

PhaseWell Research, a portfolio company of Shore Capital Partners, aims to leverage this acquisition to solidify its neuropsychiatric research capabilities. By adding CCR’s inpatient expertise to its national network, PhaseWell intends to broaden its reach in delivering clinical trial opportunities to community-based patient populations. The Braff Group, which has facilitated nearly 400 healthcare transactions since its inception in 1998, managed the advisory process for the deal, reinforcing its position in the behavioral health and pharmaceutical services M&A sector.
