Wealthfront Facing Securities Investigation Over IPO Disclosures

A 16.84% single-day stock drop in January and a subsequent 14.35% decline in June have triggered a formal investigation by law firm Johnson Fistel, PLLP. Attorneys are now scrutinizing Wealthfront Corporation’s post-IPO financial disclosures to determine if investors were misled regarding the company’s core business stability.

Wealthfront Facing Securities Investigation Over IPO Disclosures

The inquiry centers on whether Wealthfront and its leadership provided accurate information during its December 2025 initial public offering. Investigators are examining potential misrepresentations concerning asset flows, interest rate sensitivity, and the performance of the company's home lending division. The scrutiny follows a period of significant volatility, highlighted by a sharp 64% year-over-year decline in net deposits reported early in 2026.

Financial records indicate that despite a 7% revenue increase reported in June 2026, the company saw its diluted earnings per share fall from $0.18 to $0.07. Johnson Fistel is evaluating if these results, combined with shifting client behaviors and fluctuating interest rates, were properly communicated to shareholders. Investors who purchased stock in connection with the IPO and sustained losses are currently being encouraged to contact James Baker at the firm to discuss potential securities claims.
