The facility centers on a dramatic, brick-walled basement level housing three indoor pools and three thermal rooms, including an infrared sauna, a dry sauna, and a banya, as well as a steam room. The brand plans to expand the footprint in early 2027 by debuting a third-floor outdoor terrace. This addition will provide a rare open-air amenity in Center City, featuring an outdoor pool, a fourth sauna, and a dedicated lounge area.
Jason Goodman, co-founder of Bathhouse, noted that the choice of The Bellevue was driven by the building’s 1904 heritage and its position at the center of the city’s cultural life. The move marks the brand's first expansion outside of New York City since its 2019 debut in Williamsburg. General Manager Firas Ghorab stated that the addition complements existing amenities at The Sporting Club, reinforcing the property's role as a luxury destination. The facility will operate daily from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., with reservations now open to the public.
