BOXABL Bolsters Executive Suite With Two Financial Veterans

Larry King, a CPA with over 35 years of experience, joins the Las Vegas-based firm with a background in SEC reporting and operational turnarounds. His career includes stints as CFO for Riviera Holdings and senior roles at Tropicana Entertainment, where he oversaw the integration of complex acquisitions. King’s mandate at BOXABL involves building out the reporting rigor necessary for a public entity and supporting the company’s manufacturing scale-up. He previously navigated a $516 million sale of Companion Animal Practices North America, an experience the company hopes will prove valuable as it attempts to mass-produce its flagship Casita units.

Heather Clayton brings nearly a decade of experience in scaling finance functions for multi-entity organizations. During her tenure with the Vegas Golden Knights, she managed the financial expansion of the sports organization from two entities to thirteen. Her background in auditing and technical accounting, paired with her experience as CFO of the ASTOUND Group, will support the company’s efforts to stabilize its financial foundations. BOXABL, which has raised over $230 million since 2017, continues to push its mission of factory-built, affordable housing under the leadership of founder Paolo Tiramani.
