Josh Dinneen Returns to OnTrac as Strategic Advisor

Dinneen brings a history with the Chantilly-based firm, having served as its Chief Commercial Officer from 2020 until early 2025. His career, which spans 23 years, includes an 18-year tenure at LaserShip, where he played a central role in architecting the company’s coast-to-coast delivery infrastructure. This deep operational background aligns with OnTrac’s objective to capture additional market share through strategic partnerships and enhanced customer value.

CEO Mike Brown noted that Dinneen’s familiarity with the organization’s internal mechanics makes him a key asset for navigating the current logistics landscape. For his part, Dinneen emphasized that the last-mile sector is more complex than ever, requiring the specific combination of technical foundation and agile leadership that OnTrac currently maintains. He will work directly with the executive team to identify new growth vectors as the company seeks to expand its reach beyond its existing network, which currently services over 70% of the U.S. population.
