For CEO Brian McIntire and co-founder Carl White, the shift represents a departure from a long-standing reliance on word-of-mouth growth. Since its founding in 2007, the firm has focused on complex sectors like pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and financial services, where compliance and legacy infrastructure often complicate digital transformation. By modernizing its digital presence, the agency aims to demonstrate how its research-first approach functions in practice.
The new site serves as a central hub for the company's evolving service model, which now places significant emphasis on AI strategy and integrated staffing. To support this, the agency introduced an "Ask Think" conversational interface, trained on two decades of internal documentation and project insights. This tool allows potential clients to query the firm’s specific approach to product design and technical problem-solving.
Developed in collaboration with Baltimore-based DEEO Studio, the rebranding arrives as the firm scales to a team of 150. McIntire noted that while the agency’s core philosophy remains rooted in the belief that software should be built by prioritizing user research over rigid documentation, the new identity is intended to better communicate how that standard applies to the modern, AI-integrated enterprise landscape.
