Since its inception, the nonprofit has moved beyond traditional research funding, focusing instead on the often-overlooked sectors of early detection and patient navigation. Co-founder Julie Greenbaum describes the event as a pivot point for the organization, noting that the goal is to accelerate the reach of programs that provide lifesaving screenings and HPV vaccinations. To date, the group has facilitated over 60,000 cancer screenings and 35,000 vaccinations, moving to fill a critical void in community-based healthcare.
The 100th gala concludes the "Road to 100" campaign, which has tracked the organization’s history of raising over $2 million and engaging more than 55,000 attendees globally. By partnering with organizations like the Celsius Live Fit Foundation, the nonprofit intends to secure the resources necessary for its next phase of health equity advocacy. Tickets for the West Hollywood event are currently available through the organization’s official website, with proceeds directly supporting clinical navigation and educational outreach programs.
