HR Path Expands Latin American Footprint with Grupo PHR Acquisition

This acquisition bolsters HR Path’s capacity to deliver end-to-end human resources transformation services across South and Central America. By merging its global operational framework with Grupo PHR’s established regional proficiency, HR Path aims to provide clients with a blend of localized support and international service standards. The deal follows a series of regional expansions for the firm, which first entered the Mexican market in 2018 and broadened its reach into Colombia by 2024.

Frédéric Van Bellinghen, a partner at HR Path, described the integration as a pivotal step in the firm’s pursuit of global leadership in HR transformation. He noted that the synergy between the two companies will enhance service delivery, particularly regarding SAP HCM and cloud-based management solutions. For Grupo PHR, the partnership provides a broader platform for its long-standing expertise in human capital management, which it has cultivated since its founding in 1999.
