By deploying Infosys Topaz, the partnership seeks to move beyond traditional managed services, utilizing generative and agentic AI to refine engineering collaboration and improve service governance.
Satheeskaran Navaratnam, Chief Digital Officer at Knorr-Bremse, noted that the initiative is intended to align the firm's internal technology estate with the high reliability required by its industrial customers. Jasmeet Singh, Global Head of Manufacturing at Infosys, added that the focus remains on maintaining business continuity in safety-critical sectors through deep domain expertise and advanced automation.
