Allegiant Adds Nine Nonstop Routes for Spring Travel Season

With fares starting as low as $49, Las Vegas-based Allegiant Travel Company is expanding its footprint with nine new nonstop routes. The move targets peak spring travel demand, focusing on connecting mid-size cities to Florida destinations through a mix of year-round and hyper-seasonal service schedules launching in February 2027.

Allegiant Adds Nine Nonstop Routes for Spring Travel Season

The airline’s latest expansion includes a year-round connection between Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport and Orlando International Airport, beginning Feb. 12, 2027. A new seasonal route will also link Grand Forks, North Dakota, to the Orlando Sanford International Airport from Feb. 10 through April 17.

Drew Wells, the company's chief commercial officer, noted that the addition of seven hyper-seasonal routes reflects the flexibility of their business model. These routes will connect Boston and Providence to various Florida hubs, including Punta Gorda, St. Pete-Clearwater, and Sarasota, with service windows extending through late April. Additionally, a new link between Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and Fort Lauderdale will operate from late February into May. These scheduling adjustments are designed to capture vacation traffic during high-demand spring windows.
