Beyond financial metrics, the agency pointed to the hospital’s unique status as the only independent, standalone pediatric facility in the area. The system continues to broaden its reach through strategic hospital affiliations, an extensive network of over 35 outpatient locations, and a growing physician base. This clinical expansion focuses heavily on high-acuity service lines, including cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, orthopedics, neurology, and oncology, further cementing the institution's position as a regional leader in pediatric medicine.
