Currently a Senior Advisor at Sibylline, she focuses on refining analytic tradecraft and institutional decision-making. Kieran O’Leary, who leads intelligence and analysis at Emergent Risk International, contributes extensive expertise in Indo-Pacific security. His background includes a distinguished career in the Australian government, where he served in diplomatic and defense roles across Jakarta and US Pacific Command Headquarters in Hawaii. By integrating these practitioners, the Society intends to sharpen the analytical standards used by both policymakers and private sector leaders.
