Based in Los Angeles, Roennfeldt will oversee the bank’s wealth planning, fiduciary management, and estate administration. She arrives from PNC Private Bank, where she managed fiduciary strategy and risk across multiple regions, following a decade-long tenure at BNY Mellon Wealth Management. Her background includes 15 years as an estate planning attorney and trust litigator, providing a technical foundation for expanding services across the bank’s alliance channels and RBC Wealth Management-U.S. platforms.

In New York, Patterson Saltos will co-lead City National Private Bank nationally alongside Steve Sherline, who directs the Western Region. With over 25 years of experience in commercial finance and private banking, Patterson Saltos joins from M&T Bank Wilmington Trust. During her 19-year tenure there, she served as a market president overseeing the Connecticut and Tri-State areas. Brandon Williams, head of City National Private Bank & Wealth Management, noted that these appointments are intended to integrate deep fiduciary expertise with a broader, coast-to-coast growth strategy.
