Behavior Frontiers Opens Fourth Autism Therapy Center in San Antonio

Located near the University of Texas at San Antonio, Behavior Frontiers has launched its fourth ABA therapy center in the city. The new facility at 5730 Northwest Parkway aims to address rising demand for early intervention, specifically targeting children under age six as national autism diagnosis rates climb.

Behavior Frontiers Opens Fourth Autism Therapy Center in San Antonio

The expansion comes as the CDC’s latest Autism and Developmental Disabilities Monitoring Network report indicates that one in 31 eight-year-old children in the United States is now diagnosed with autism. By establishing this location on the city’s Northwest Side, the organization seeks to provide earlier access to therapy during critical developmental windows.

CEO Helen Mader stated that the growing footprint in San Antonio allows the company to reach more families needing immediate support. The facility integrates the proprietary PrioraCare platform, which enables clinicians to monitor progress in real time and refine treatment plans based on performance data. The center offers one-on-one ABA programs focused on communication, social skills, and school readiness within a sensory-friendly environment.

Behavior Frontiers will host a public grand opening on September 19 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., featuring a ribbon-cutting ceremony and facility tours. The location is currently accepting most major insurance providers and Medicaid plans. Families interested in enrollment can contact the clinical team at (210) 761-3504.
