The recognition, which highlights America’s fastest-growing private companies, is based on revenue growth recorded between 2022 and 2025. According to CEO and co-founder Robin Gagnon, the company's sustained presence on the list stems from a specialized focus on the hospitality sector and a proprietary operational system that streamlines deal-closing for buyers and sellers.
Performance data underscores this growth, with the firm reporting a 67% year-over-year increase in sold restaurant units during the first quarter of 2025, even as the wider industry saw a 4% decline in transactions. This expansion is supported by the addition of 36 new markets over the past three years, bringing the company's reach to 45 states. The brokerage currently manages 1,375 active listings, representing nearly $600 million in inventory. Prospective franchisees are now being sought in the Midwest, Northeast, and Texas, with the company noting that over half of its existing franchisees facilitated more than $1 million in sales last year.
