Healthcare Triangle Revenue Surges 158% on AI Acquisition Gains

Pleasanton-based Healthcare Triangle reported a 322% jump in gross profit for the second quarter of 2026, reaching $2.07 million. The company’s financial surge is anchored by its AI-powered customer engagement segment, which contributed $6.31 million in revenue following the strategic acquisition of Teyame and Datono earlier this year.

Healthcare Triangle Revenue Surges 158% on AI Acquisition Gains

The company’s total quarterly revenue climbed to $9.19 million, a significant increase from the $3.56 million recorded during the same period in 2025. This growth trajectory is largely attributed to the January 2026 integration of Teyame 360 S.L. and Datono Mediacion S.L. These assets now function as an integrated platform for omnichannel customer experience and insurance distribution, accounting for approximately 69% of the firm's total revenue this quarter.

Operational margins have also seen marked improvement, rising to 22.5% from 13.8% a year ago. The Customer Engagement Services segment alone generated $1.64 million in gross profit, maintaining margins near 26%. Beyond operational gains, the company significantly bolstered its financial standing, reporting stockholders' equity of $49.1 million as of June 30, 2026, compared to $9.9 million at the close of 2025.

Chief Financial Officer David Ayanoglou noted that the performance validates the company's recent expansion strategy, signaling that the initial post-acquisition momentum was sustainable rather than fleeting. The firm continues to focus on its core cloud and data platform services, including its HITRUST-certified CloudEz and DataEz offerings, to support its pivot toward a diversified, AI-driven technology model.
