Because the integration operates primarily as a software layer, it connects directly to existing enterprise tools, such as asset tracking and work-order databases, enabling voice-driven queries that return live information to the field. John Pershing, Managing Director at Haloid, stated that the goal is to democratize AI access for organizations of all sizes, from small churches to large police agencies, without requiring massive capital outlays.
