Osara Health Targets Standardized Cancer Support at Decade Milestone

With 527 healthcare professionals already signed on, Osara Health is pushing to redefine oncology care as it marks its tenth anniversary. The company’s Global Cancer Support Declaration advocates for comprehensive patient assistance that persists long after clinical treatment ends, aiming to reach 2,000 signatories by the close of 2026.

Osara Health Targets Standardized Cancer Support at Decade Milestone

Founded in 2016, the digital health firm now provides support programs to over 11 million individuals across the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. The initiative arrives at a critical juncture: 45% of cancer diagnoses now occur during a patient’s working years, necessitating better integration of long-term mental and physical care into daily life.

Dr. Raghav Murali-Ganesh, CEO and radiation oncologist, noted that clinical excellence often leaves patients isolated once they return home to manage fatigue and family obligations. By partnering with major insurers like MetLife, Manulife, and Allstate Benefits, the company utilizes peer-reviewed behavioral science to bridge the gap between hospital appointments. COO Tim Atkins emphasized that the declaration serves as a global invitation to make this auxiliary support a standard expectation for patients regardless of their location.
