Eating Recovery Center and cliexa Refine Clinical Documentation

Denver-based health tech firm cliexa and Eating Recovery Center are expanding their partnership to automate administrative documentation. By integrating the ChartKeeper platform, the organizations aim to reduce the clerical burden on medical staff while ensuring that all clinical records remain under the strict oversight and final approval of licensed physicians.

The collaboration focuses on streamlining the preparation of clinical notes to help care teams manage mounting documentation requirements. Rather than replacing professional judgment, the technology functions as a support layer that organizes information for review. Under this model, clinicians maintain full accountability for the accuracy and completeness of every patient record, as no documentation is finalized without a manual signature and professional audit.

Eating Recovery Center CEO Goran Dragolovic noted that the implementation of ChartKeeper allows the multidisciplinary team to shift their primary focus back to patient care. Mehmet Kazgan, CEO of cliexa, emphasized that the platform is specifically engineered to remove administrative friction without attempting to diagnose or treat patients. This division of labor ensures that the technology handles data organization while the physician remains the ultimate decision-maker in the treatment process.
