As a Certified Organic Processor operating a cGMP-certified facility, Yellow Emperor brings technical depth that complements the Utah manufacturer’s current operations. This move scales the production power of WB Blends while maintaining the specific quality standards associated with both entities.

Don Shaver, CEO of WB Blends, noted that the union is designed to generate increased opportunities for their collective client base. According to COO Scott Matukas, the transition is intended to be seamless for existing partners. Day-to-day operations, established points of contact, and commercial terms remain unaffected by the deal.
